陽臺護欄施工方法的具體流程：

　　1、陽臺護欄基層清理

　　欄桿安裝前對陽臺護欄、梁、線條進行認真檢查，將板面基層上的灰塵、污垢等清理干凈，檢查陽臺安裝部位是否平整。

　　2、陽臺護欄預埋件安裝

　　欄桿預埋件的安裝只能采用后加埋件做法，其做法是采用膨脹螺栓（M8*100mm）與鋼板（100*100*5mm厚）來制作后置連接件。先在土建基層上放線，確定立柱固定點的位置，然后在安裝位置用沖擊鉆鉆孔，再安裝膨脹螺栓，螺栓保持足夠的長度，在螺栓定位以后，將螺栓擰緊同時將螺母與螺桿間焊死，防止螺母與鋼板松動。

　　3、成品陽臺護欄安裝

　　（1）欄桿安裝：安裝前檢查欄桿安裝位置，是否符合安裝要求。檢查好后開始安裝，安裝時，需雙人配合，一個扶住欄桿使其保持垂直與平整度。焊接從靠墻兩端點焊加固后，檢查欄桿安裝是否平整與垂直，然后點焊加固欄桿根部。待欄桿初安裝符合要求后，點焊加固安裝，在焊接時不能晃動，施焊要四周施焊，焊縫嚴密并應符合焊接規范。

　　（2）陽臺護欄安裝必須由專業安裝單位施工。先拉通線、掛直，保證上下水平一致，并要求拉桿高度不小于1.1m，欄桿間距不大于0.11m；在核對護欄安裝預埋件的數量、規格、位置以及護欄與預埋件的連接節點符合設計要求。

　　4、打磨拋光：

　　出廠前陽臺護欄已按設計圖紙尺寸全部焊接好，并對焊縫用手提砂輪打磨將焊縫打平砂光，直到不顯焊縫為止。

　　5、粉末噴涂：

　　噴涂前必須將欄桿表面油污、鐵銹等垃圾清理干凈。噴涂應平整、光滑不能有混色、垃圾及結塊，花藝表面紋路清晰。
